Brad Grubb

Bradley “Brad” Grubb is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Carson Wealth Management Group and focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations, managing strategic initiatives, establishing process improvements and overseeing all departments within the company.

Prior to joining CWMG, Brad held service executive level positions with CitiGroup [Citicorp Investment Services/Travelers Life and Annuity Company], Kemper Financial Institutions Group [INVEST Financial Corporation] and Bancwest Corporation. His most recent role, prior to joining Carson Wealth, was as President/CEO of an investment advisory and broker/dealer with over 700 branch offices in 28 states, and $6.7 billion in assets under management.

Brad is a former member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of Omaha, where he represented CCO in collaboration with Child Savings Institute and Omaha Home for Boys with Journeys, an adolescent co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders treatment service. Brad currently mentors math students at Boys Town.

Brad resides in Omaha, NE with his wife Lynn of 27 years, daughter Jenna, a fourth year student at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and son Tyler, who will be attending the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, majoring in Computer Engineering.
