2011 Corporate Cup

2011 marks the third year that Carson Wealth Management Group is the presenting sponsor of the Omaha Corporate Cup. The 6.2 mile run/walk is a fundraiser for the American Lung Association. Over 253 companies participate, adding up to over 11,000 runners and walkers. Carson Wealth is honored to be a part of one of the nation’s premier running events.

2010 Special Olympics Airlift

Ron recently volunteered his time and the use of his plane this past summer to the Special Olympics. Ron and his co-pilot, Brian Smith flew athletes, coaches, and staff round trip from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Lincoln, Nebraska and back to participate in events.

Carson Wealth Management Group is not just dedicated to our clients, but to our community as well. That vision extends well beyond our office. Ron Carson and the Carson Wealth Management team are committed to giving back to the community. We support a number of charities including Angel Flight, The Food Bank, The American Lung Association, the Child Saving Institute, Lydia House/ Open Door Mission, Salvation Army, and the Hope Center.

In 2008, Carson Wealth Management Group took on a project that will change lives. Two weeks of every month we take out the Food Bank's Fresh Truck. It's loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables and it's free! We take the produce to neighborhoods in north and south Omaha where fresh produce is hard to come by. For some of these kids, it's the only piece of fruit they will see all week.

Ron Carson is an experienced pilot who donates his time and aircraft to fly people in need to hospitals across the country. The program is called Angel Flight. The nonprofit organization has a small army of volunteers-5,000 private pilots. They donate their time and their planes, free of charge, to provide flights of hope and healing.
