Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams brings nearly three decades of operations experience to her role, where she helps ensure the day-to-day processes and systems supporting clients and the team run smoothly and efficiently. With a background in systems analysis, design, and operational management, Dawn is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to creating a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.

Dawn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 1987 and became a Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2015. She began her career with Wisconsin’s largest financial institution, where she worked in operations and management through 1997. Since then, she has built extensive experience supporting financial services organizations and developing the operational processes and systems that help teams serve their clients effectively.

Dawn takes pride in keeping things organized, finding solutions, and making sure the details behind the scenes are handled with care. Her operational expertise and dedication play an important role in creating a consistent, efficient experience for clients.

Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys supporting local charities and nonprofit organizations, playing her musical instruments, camping with friends, and baking cookies—lots of cookies!
