Meet Heather
Heather Chmielewski, originally from Foley, MN, earned her Associate in Applied Science degree in Child, Adult Care, and Educational/Professional Studies. She joined MAG Wealth Management in 2023 as a Director of First Impressions/Client Service Associate after many years of successfully running her own daycare in Paynesville—so you could say she’s well-trained in patience, organization, and handling just about anything that comes her way.
As the firm transitioned to Carson Wealth, Heather grew into her current role as a Relationship & Operations Associate, where she enjoys helping clients navigate their needs and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and is known for always greeting clients with a smile.
Heather married her husband, Jake, in 2020, and they call Paynesville home. Outside of work, she loves traveling, spending time with family, and making memories at their family cabin. She enjoys baking for others, a good cup of coffee, and relaxing evenings by the campfire. When it comes to Christmas—Heather doesn’t just enjoy it…she fully embraces it. If there were an award for holiday spirit, she’d likely already have a shelf full.
