She believes that having a caring trusted professional on your side who understands what you’re going through is invaluable. Receiving objective guidance to make rational decisions while you’re under emotional duress is crucial, and it can be just the encouragement you need.
Teresa’s journey developed and shaped a deeply instilled passion in her to help as many women as she can navigate life’s transitions. Her passion is to meet with clients at the crossroads of divorce, death of a spouse, remarriage, retirement, relocation, starting a new business, changing careers and other transitions.
She especially has a heart for helping women navigate divorce. She understands that no one gets married planning on a divorce – it’s stressful, emotional, and worst of all, unplanned. She helps her clients gain and sustain financial security by establishing a clear financial plan to keep them on track in the difficult post-divorce years.
Teresa’s passion led her to obtain additional knowledge in the area of divorce – the designation of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
In addition to her CDFA experience, Teresa’s portfolio of clients ranges from young families building wealth, to households looking forward to retirement, to clients in the distribution phase of their financial journey.
Teresa’s biggest accomplishment in life has been the joy of raising her three kids: Chris, Sarah and Nicholas. When she’s not at the desk, she spends quality time visiting them because they all live in cities that are wonderful to visit.
Her hobbies include enjoying golf, tennis, bike riding, boating, snowboarding, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
