Agnes Ramirez

Agnes Ramirez is Manager of Operations at Carson Wealth, where she helps support clients with a wide range of account and service-related needs. With more than 25 years of client service experience, Agnes is known for her attentive approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping clients feel supported every step of the way.

Agnes earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico. After beginning her career in retail management, she transitioned into the financial services industry, where she developed a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service through thoughtful and efficient support.

Outside of the office, Agnes enjoys spending time with family and friends playing card games, board games, and dominoes — activities she believes help keep the mind sharp while creating lasting memories. She also has a fun collection of waffle makers, Minions memorabilia, and Baby Yoda items. Agnes enjoys visiting Disney World, Disneyland, and Las Vegas, and jokingly says her favorite reading material is the Costco coupon book.
