Meet Alyssa
Alyssa Pelzer brings nearly 10 years of experience in the retirement services industry, with a strong background in client service, retirement plan administration support, and relationship management. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients, plan sponsors, participants, and financial advisors to help create a positive client experience and support efficient day-to-day operations. Alyssa enjoys building strong relationships, improving processes, and helping teams find solutions that work smarter and more effectively.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially with her husband and two daughters. In the summer, she loves boating, camping, and spending weekends at the lake. During the winter months, her family enjoys ice fishing and spending time in their fish house together.
In the summer, anything grilled is a favorite for Alyssa. When she’s not in the mood to cook, pizza or Chinese food are always go-to choices.
Her favorite holidays are a toss-up between the Fourth of July and Christmas — she loves both the summer lake weekends and family traditions of the Fourth, along with the lights, traditions, and time together during Christmas.
Alyssa is motivated by growth, collaboration, and finding better ways to do things. She enjoys working with teams that are open to implementing new procedures and strategies that help everyone work smarter, not harder. She values efficiency, strong communication, and creating processes that improve both the client and employee experience.
Alyssa’s biggest accomplishment is building a successful career while also raising a family and balancing the many moving pieces that come with both.
Her bucket list consists of taking a few mother-daughter trips with her girls as they grow up, including a trip to New York City someday since she has special memories of visiting there with her own mom when she was 21.
