Meet Elizabeth
As a Senior Operations Relationship Manager, Elizabeth focuses on creating a seamless and welcoming experience for both clients and her team by noticing small details, improving processes, anticipating needs, and helping others feel confident and supported throughout their financial journey. Being nominated for Carson Wealth’s Backstage Star Award was an honor, as it recognized these efforts. As a former educator, she developed strong skills in building trust with students of all ages, as well as their parents and fellow teachers. No matter the task, the driving force for Elizabeth is a genuine commitment to caring for people and making their experience as smooth as possible.
Before joining the team, Elizabeth developed and led special education programs in private schools: grades 6–12 in Wisconsin and grades 2–12 in Ohio. When her family decided to return home to Iowa after 20+ years away, she chose to begin a new career path at Carson Wealth’s West Des Moines office. With experience in both business and education, she was, and still is, excited to be part of a team that values collaboration, integrity, honesty, trust, loyalty, and perseverance in creating not only a great work environment, but also the best possible client experience.
Outside of work, Elizabeth and her husband, Lance, now empty nesters, enjoy swimming, spending time with friends, watching movies, and visiting their son, Graham, who currently resides in Ohio. She is an avid reader with a growing interest in thrillers, enjoys walks with her pups, and can often be found at a Pilates studio.
