Simplified Financial Advice.

Partner & Wealth Advisor Jason Juhl, RICP®, AIF® works closely with our clients to implement strategies that maximize their time and the pursuit of their unique goals. He specializes in income planning, tax planning and guiding high achievers/performers through the unique transition from work life to retirement.

Jason had an interesting introduction to the profession. After college, Jason learned that his parents were misled by a financial advisor – a situation that negatively impacted their lives for years to come. Their financial advisor didn’t take a holistic view of the situation or ask about their goals, dreams, or aspirations. His parents were not given options.

When Jason learned of this story, he knew he wanted to become a financial advisor with the mission to ensure this doesn’t happen to others – treating every client as if they were his own family.

Jason went to work as a financial advisor at a large bank, and along the way he met Managing Director, Partner, and Wealth Advisor, Joel Worsfold, who served as a mentor, coach, and friend.

In 2018, Jason received his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation and his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation in 2021. Two years later, Jason joined Joel at Carson Wealth in West Des Moines and was named to Forbes' Best-In-State Wealth Advisors List in 2022 and then again in 2024 (#12 in Iowa). He’s also a 2023 Advisor Hub Next Gen Advisor to Watch – appearing as number seven on a list of fifty top advisors.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time outdoors, working in his acreage. He loves spending time with his wife Cate and their daughters, Fleur, and Lorde.
