Money Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

Meet Jonathan

Jonathan began his career in an entirely different field of endeavor.  After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bridgewater College, and a Master’s Degree from Duke University, Jonathan began his career as an environmental scientist.  During this early part of his profession, Jonathan had the opportunity to parlay his interest in personal finance into an opportunity to serve on his company’s retirement plan search committee.  It was there that he first learned the duties and responsibilities of being a fiduciary.  Following his decision to pursue an alternate line of work, but even prior to finding his first position in the world of Investment Management, Jonathan began studying for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.  Jonathan has now been a wealth advisor for over 23 years, with a diverse array of experience in the financial services industry.  He is also a Pennsylvania licensed agent for fixed annuities, long-term care, life, health, and disability insurance.  From the start, he has had a passion for helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions and pursue their hopes and dreams through sound wealth management advice.

Jonathan and his wife of 30 years, Kristi, reside near Harleysville.  They have two grown sons, and one very spoiled shepherd/lab pooch named Holly.  He and Kristi are actively involved in their church, and in the local leadership of a charitable organization called Feed My Starving Children, which packs and delivers meals to hungry kids around the world.  Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys going to nice restaurants, attending outdoor music concerts during the summers, watching Philadelphia sports teams and Duke basketball, reading, and long walks with the dog.
