Meet Kate

Kate is our team’s VP of Operations/Integrator. In her role, she supports and encourages the team by helping them live their best lives professionally, allowing them to service our clients to the best of their abilities.

After spending 25 years in the retail industry, Kate transitioned to her current career in the financial services industry. She brings nearly a decade of financial services experience to her role on our team. As an Integrator, she works closely with leadership to support and hold the team accountable with goals while helping to remove barriers or obstacles they may encounter along the way.

Outside of work, Kate stays active outdoors where she kayaks, hikes and hits the trails. At every opportunity, she spends time exploring Michigan’s Upper Peninsula – even in the winter. She can also often be found reading historical fiction or coloring.
