Meet Kayla
As Director of Operations, Kayla Loesch has been passionate about delivering exceptional client service and helping people simplify their financial lives since joining the team in 2012. Based in our Paynesville office, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting the team with administrative coordination, answering phones, scheduling client meetings, and creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Kayla enjoys building relationships with clients and takes pride in creating a positive, organized experience for everyone who visits the office. Her attention to detail and friendly approach help ensure clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys playing tennis and golf and loves spending time outdoors. Whether she’s on the lake, kayaking, fishing, or relaxing around a bonfire, she appreciates every opportunity to enjoy Minnesota’s outdoors. Most of all, she treasures spending quality time with her family and friends and making lasting memories together.
