Meet Kevin

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY (Go Big Blue!) and a veteran of the pension and investment consulting industry. Prior to joining Carson Wealth in 2021, he formed his strategic partnership with Pangea Wealth in September 2019. He founded DC Advisors, LLC in 2001, which focused on workplace retirement plan consulting (401k, Defined Benefit, 403b, 457, etc.), investment management and financial planning for business owners and executives. Additionally, he was a Senior Pension Consultant with Transamerica Asset Management and Regional Sales Director for ING Retirement Services (now Voya) responsible for institutional investment sales and pension consulting across New England.

Kevin has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ professional designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in association with the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. He holds the following registrations: Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24 and is also currently licensed as a life, accident and health insurance professional.

Kevin helps clients understand that money doesn’t have to be complicated. He is a great listener who believes that everything starts with honest, straight forward talk.  When it is time for Kevin to speak up and dispense advice, he uses a common language and analogies people can understand. He knows that clients are often intimidated or scared to know where they stand financially. To that end, Kevin and his team help clients develop and understand their goals and build out a workable roadmap to pursue those goals.
