Meet Kim
Kim Carr is a Manager, Operations with Carson Wealth. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to clients throughout every stage of their financial journey. Kim works closely with advisors to help ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating account services, managing client requests, and providing timely and accurate communication.
With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kim brings a strong commitment to organization, attention to detail, and personalized service to her role. She believes outstanding service is built on trust, responsiveness, and genuine relationships, and she takes pride in helping clients feel confident and well cared for.
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University, where she developed a strong foundation in business principles, financial operations, and client relationship management. Before entering the financial services industry, Kim was fortunate to spend 15 years at home raising her four children. She returned to the workforce with a passion for building relationships and providing meaningful support to others.
Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family and making lasting memories together. Whether exploring new destinations on family vacations or enjoying everyday moments, she values balance, connection, and meaningful experiences. Her family is her greatest motivation, and she considers raising her four children to be her biggest accomplishment.
Kim’s favorite holiday is Christmas, and if she could meet anyone, past or present, it would be her grandfather. She enjoys Italian food, loves the movie Dear John and the television show Friends, and would most like to visit Bora Bora.
