Kristen Hammett

Kristen partners closely with advisors and leadership as a strategic marketing consultant and relationship manager, delivering both in-office and remote support to drive local growth while ensuring alignment with Carson’s enterprise-wide standards. As a marketing professional, she’s passionate about building strong relationships, executing thoughtful strategies, and helping local teams thrive by connecting enterprise strategy with meaningful local impact.

With over seven years of experience in marketing, Kristen specializes in developing and executing data-driven, multi-channel strategies which are designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. She brings a proven ability to translate national marketing initiatives into high-impact local executions, helping to ensure enterprise programs resonate authentically within Pittsburgh’s market while supporting business development goals.

Most recently, Kristen served as a Field Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Pittsburgh Region, where she supported 11 offices and partnered directly with agents and leadership to develop localized marketing strategies. In this role, Kristen acted as a strategic consultant – educating teams on corporate tools, aligning national campaigns to local markets, and executing initiatives focused on agent growth, brand consistency, events, and lead generation. This experience strengthened her ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and deliver measurable results at the local level.

Previously, Kristen spent five years at Berkshire Hathaway supporting a top-producing agent team and gaining hands-on experience in real estate marketing. During that time, she earned her Pennsylvania Real Estate License, providing firsthand insight into the client journey – from negotiations to closing – which continues to influence her consultative, client first approach. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Public Relations from California University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from West Virginia University.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kristen enjoying the outdoors, biking, hiking, paddle boarding, traveling, playing golf, or getting lost in a great book. She also values time spent with her niece, nephews, friends, and family.
