Meet Kristina
By combining empathy, efficiency, and a keen understanding of how to support both people and processes, Kristina builds meaningful connections and helps ensure every client feels heard and respected. Her background is rooted in service and organizational support, but she is also known for her exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and ability to navigate complex situations with grace. Creating a smooth and positive client experience is her superpower. Having served as an Executive Assistant at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, Kristina supported the executive team and helped ensure the non-profit’s operations ran seamlessly at the leadership level. She also spent over 15 years as a pediatric social worker. Advocating for children and families helped Kristina develop a deep sense of compassion, hone her organizational skills, and learn to manage crises. Her #1 career goal is to reflect a lifelong commitment to empathetic service that positively impacts the lives of others. Kristina admits her family is the center of her life. As a proud mother, spending time with her son is her greatest joy. Outside of work and family, she is a professed Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys cheering loudly for her alma mater, the University of Central Missouri (UCM) Mules. Whether enjoying a football game or taking part in local events, she thrives when actively engaged in the Kansas City community.
