Meet Lisa
Lisa Pernarelli is a Client Service Associate who is dedicated to delivering a smooth, thoughtful, and well-organized client experience. She focuses on client relationships, operations, and service excellence, and has recently expanded her role to include marketing efforts that help strengthen client engagement and outreach.
Lisa brings two years of experience in the financial services industry, supporting retirement, tax, and wealth planning, along with more than 20 years of experience in client relations, public relations, and broadcast journalism. Her background allows her to communicate clearly, manage complex details, and help ensure clients feel well cared for throughout every step of the process.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Speech Communication from the University of Denver and holds a Certificate in Mediation from the University of Colorado Boulder. Lisa also serves as a mediator for the Better Business Bureau and the Denver District Attorney’s Office. She is a Rotarian, a member of Cherry Hills Community Church, and received recognition for her TV series Children First.
Lisa enjoys supporting clients by handling the details behind the scenes, staying organized, and helping make their experience as easy and seamless as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, working out, attending concerts, following professional sports and relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying Colorado sunsets.
