Meet Madelyn
Madelyn Hudak is a rising senior at Bucknell University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with an expected graduation in May 2027. Before transitioning to Political Science, she spent her first two years at Bucknell studying Biomedical Engineering. Through her engineering coursework, Madelyn developed a passion for analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making, which sparked her interest in finance and wealth management.
At Carson Wealth, Madelyn is gaining exposure to different areas of wealth management and financial planning by supporting the team through a variety of special projects. She is particularly interested in building meaningful relationships with clients and gaining a glimpse of the specialized knowledge or skillsets everyone in the firm has to offer. Through her time as an intern, she hopes to gain a deeper understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and the legal and regulatory considerations that help guide financial decision-making. Following graduation, Madelyn plans to pursue graduate education and is interested in earning both an MBA and JD.
At Bucknell, Madelyn serves as a captain of the NCAA Division I Women’s Track & Field team, where she competes in the javelin. She also serves as an undergraduate intern for both Bucknell University’s Division of Marketing & Communications and Athletic Department.
Outside of her time at Bucknell and Carson Wealth, Madelyn is a server at Spirits & Tales at The Oaklander Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is one of three sisters and comes from a family with strong ties to the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, she enjoys working out, grabbing coffee with friends, spending time at the beach in New Jersey, and walking her two dogs, Finley and Willow.
