About Megan

Megan Umsted has a heart of gold, and that’s a great thing for an accountant. As a Accounting Specialist at Carson Wealth Southwest, Megan is charged with managing the money flowing out of the business. She works with vendors in serving as our first point of contact in the relationship with them. She’s the PR team for our financial interactions and makes the process smooth and efficient.

Originally from small-town Wheeler, Texas, Megan is salt of the earth. She graduated from West Texas A&M University with her master’s degree in Accounting. She previously worked as a Staff Accountant for a local bank.

Megan and her husband Brennan love spending time with family at the lake in the summer and snow skiing during the winter. Megan and Brennan spend what spare time they have spoiling their dog, Klair, who runs their home.
