What motivates Michele:

Getting up to a new day is very motivating for Michele. She truly enjoys seeing what new things each day will bring. She thinks she has a very positive attitude and likes to challenge herself to learn new things, meet new people and be the best at what she does.

Biggest accomplishment:

Michele told Ron during their first interview that she was looking for a position and employer that she could retire from. She was fairly young when she made that statement and therefore she feels that is a major accomplishment. She still enjoys coming to work every day just to see what the next challenge will be.
