Patti is a Client Experience Advocate who joined our team in 2015 as the Director of First Impressions. Having over 30 years of customer service experience, Patti is a team player dedicated to our clients and the organization of our office. Whether she is scheduling appointments, organizing events, or keeping the office stocked with snacks, Patti enjoys making everyone feel welcome. Her exceptionally friendly, approachable demeanor, combined with decades of professional experience, makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a reassuring presence for our clients.
