As Director of Operations at Carson Wealth Littleton, Regina Franz plays a vital role in ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities span a wide range of functions—from onboarding new clients to coordinating with financial custodians and supporting the overall client experience.
Regina enjoys developing strong relationships with clients and collaborating with Carson Wealth’s multigenerational team. She values the firm’s client-first approach and the way it brings together seasoned experience with fresh perspectives to deliver well-rounded, strategic support.

Regina brings a diverse background to her role, including raising a family, living internationally, and building a successful career in the corporate travel industry before entering financial services. Outside the office, she’s a long-standing participant in the Evergreen softball league and an avid baseball fan. She and her husband enjoy traveling, deep sea fishing, kayaking, golfing, and skiing.
