Meet Sierra
Sierra Blocker is a Client Service Manager at Carson Wealth, where she plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting advisors in the day-to-day management of client relationships. In her role, Sierra is responsible for client service support, including account maintenance, onboarding, and ongoing client communications, helping ensure every interaction is handled with accuracy and care. She also provides comprehensive advisor support, helping streamline operations, coordinate workflows, and maintain efficient processes that allow the advisory team to focus on strategic financial guidance.
Sierra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Radford University, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial principles and client-focused service. Following graduation, she spent five years working in real estate, where she further developed her knowledge in client relations, organization, and attention to detail. Originally from Richlands, Virginia, she has proudly called Southwest Virginia home her entire life and values the strong sense of community the region provides.
She currently resides in Bristol, Virginia, with her loving husband and son, along with their two dogs and two cats. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending quality time with her family and thrifting.
Known for her strong communication skills, Sierra excels at building trust and fostering meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Her organizational strengths helps ensure that complex tasks and processes are managed efficiently, while her determination drives her to consistently go above and beyond in delivering high-quality service and support.
