Meet Susan

Susan is our Director of First Impressions and joined the team in May, 2021. She brings strong executive administrative skills and exceptional client services from her past employment within corporate law, as well as with a law enforcement industry leader.

She oversees all aspects of client relations, as well as performing diverse administrative duties in assisting team members. Susan takes pride in providing an exceptional client experience.

Susan has lived in Phoenix for more than 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, walking and biking.
