Meet Corey

Corey earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and has his Series 7, Series 66 and Life & Health Insurance licenses. He has been with The Shobe Financial Group since 2010 and was promoted to Vice President in 2018. Corey is a past president of the Baton Rouge chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and actively involved in the Estate and Business Planning Council and Boys & Girls Club. Corey and his wife Kelsey enjoy spending time with their large extended family, golfing, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
