Meet Melanie

Melanie is the first face clients see when they walk in. She puts them at ease with hospitality and a welcoming smile and assures that clients see the right people in a timely manner.

Melanie and her husband of 20 years, Ryan, grew up in Vinton and now raise their four beautiful children in the hometown they love. Melanie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa, with an emphasis in communication. In her last career, Melanie was the Director of Marketing and Director at the Heritage Club, a bank travel club, where she earned a Spirit Award for her fun, encouraging personality.

Melanie’s passion is her family. With four kids, she and her husband love to go to the many activities they are involved in. In her spare time, she coaches the high school dance team and decorates cakes and cookies.
